Job Summary:

  1. Manage and lead the Real Estate Mortgage and Liaison Team in accomplishing the teams' deliverables

  2. Ensure the Pre-signed Documents and Titles from HDMF are released, processed, and converted to REM

  3. Ensure delivery of remittance of checks for accounts with excess payment to HDMF

Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitor the operation of the Team.

  2. Coordinate with Pag-IBIG REM regarding concerns that may arise from time to time which involve accounts on-process.

  3. Coordinate with SMDC registration regarding the turnover of documents and status of accounts for REM conversion.

  4. Troubleshoot problems on documents and processes, if necessary.

  5. Monitor the response and handling of CRM tickets assigned to REM

  6. Monitor the update of ELOGs in S4HANA

  7. Ensure/maintain good working relationships with our partners, Pag-IBIG, LGUs and government agencies

  8. Submit monthly reports on problematic accounts and REM conversion status.

  9. Create comprehensive work plan for team members for a better output.

  10. Request release of checks for remittance to HDMF with Treasury Dept. and prepare the transmittal to HDMF.

  11. Transmit the ORs of remitted checks to Treasury and provide copy to Records for scanning purposes.

  12. Update diary tracking of accounts with remitted payments to HDMF.

  13. Monitor the sending of Notice on HDMF remittance to clients with remitted payments

  14. Sign Sale Confirmation Documents (SCDs) and Deed of Undertaking (title)

  15. Monitor compliance of docs submission to HDMF and the refund of corresponding retention fees

  16. Ensure that relevant Conversion rating with HDMF are met.

  17. Request release of titles from Treasury in DMS for accounts with TCTUBN and TDUBN

  18. Receive original title/s from Treasury-Releasing Section for delivery to HDMF

  19. Perform other task or special projects related to his / her roles and position within the department.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related course
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience in Loan Facilitation (preferably in PagIBIG Home Loan Process)
