About the role

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in our Pasay City, Metro Manila office. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare-focused team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to start immediately.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and supervise a team of agents, ensuring they are meeting performance targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Provide coaching and feedback to agents, supporting their professional development and skill-building
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any issues or concerns
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards
  • Contribute to the overall success of the healthcare operations within the organisation

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the healthcare or customer service industries.
  • With Active USRN license is a must
  • Specialization with Utilization Management (UM)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficient in data analysis and the ability to interpret and act on key performance metrics
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and the local language(s) is a requirement
