About the role

As an Operations Supervisor for the Healthcare account at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of professionals who provide customer service and administrative support to healthcare clients. This is a full-time in-office role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and manage a team of customer service and administrative staff
  2. Monitor team performance and productivity metrics to ensure efficient operations
  3. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and development
  4. Collaborate with the wider operations team to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Liaise with clients to address escalated issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  6. Assist with the development and implementation of training programmes for the team
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in a customer service or operations supervisory role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  2. USRN and UM experience is a must
  3. Proven track record of managing and motivating teams to achieve performance targets
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle escalated issues
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to interpret and analyse data
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
