About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Personnel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's IT systems, ensuring smooth operations across all hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and applications.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure system security and data protection.
  • Manage backups, updates, and system maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in onboarding new users and maintaining IT asset inventory.
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify and resolve IT-related challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Mac).
  • Familiarity with data security, cloud systems, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

(Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are an advantage.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php2, Php3,000.00 per day
