OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION

  • Warehouse operation and leadership

BROAD SCOPE:

  • Responsible on the Warehouse Management- Inventory, Returned Logistics, MHE's, Safety, Facility, Inbound & Outbound, Reworks,

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the whole warehouse operations from receiving, put-away, and dispatching operations.
  • Ensures warehouse operations safeties by establishing controls and monitoring proper procedures are performed.
  • Leads special projects required to further improve and systemize operations and provide best service to Client
  • Performs required implementation of Quality improvements and Audit compliances based on Internal and Clients requirements.
  • Formulates, plans, and conceptualizes processes and developments to further improve the overall Warehouse operations.
  • Coordination with other departments in the company to effectively implement daily operational tasks.
  • Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the personnel to ensure set productivity targets are achieved.
  • Closely coordinating with Inventory Management Team in innovating and implementing of improvements to meet Inventory KPI.
  • Investigates and resolves issues pertaining to warehouse operations to ensure immediate resolution.
  • Ensure 100% inventory accuracy at all time
  • Implement best practices to avoid box and product damage in the warehouse
  • Prepares Manpower shifting schedule.
  • Manage 3pl warehouse team
  • Lead, motivate, inspire, train, coach, develop and guide his subordinates.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs/Logistic/Transportation/Business Management, or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in international logistics company and warehouse operations or related field.
  • At least 5 year (s) of experience in 3PL warehouse set up

SKILLS:

  • Proficient in encoding and MS Office operations
  • With adept knowledge in GWP, contract management and Inventory Management
  • Proficient in any Warehouse Management System: ex. SAP, Cello
  • Good communication & Interpersonal Skills
