Job Description:

  • Graduate in any 4-years course.
  • With at least 2 years Supervisory experience in Hardware, Retail, Sales or Services.
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to assigned at SM Manila

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ensures security of all items received at the warehouse whether stock controlled or not; checks and monitors proper maintenance of stock cards.

· Supervises the withdrawal of the merchandise base on stock withdrawal slips/returns to Warehouse.

· Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the work area to ensure smooth flow of merchandise and ensures proper storage of merchandise in their respective departments.

· Manage Store's Cash and Check Sales collections for deposit and assume custodianship of Store Funds such as Loose Change Fund and Petty Cash Fund.

· Facilitates transmittal of all necessary documents to Accounting Department.

· Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the overall supervision of personnel assigned in his section.

a. Orients new employees on the job duties and department/section procedures.

b. Assists in counseling and motivating employees in order to maintain high morale and discipline; initiates and or recommends necessary disciplinary action on erring subordinates.

c. Trains employees on the job and recommends appropriate training for existing potential subordinates.

d. Prepares work schedule and reshuffling/sliding of personnel in his section.
