Minimum of 3–5 years of managerial experience, with a focus on General Accounting and Financial ReportingPrior experience in a manufacturing company is preferred

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines

Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization
