DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.   Assist in the testing of relevant physical, sensory, chemical, and/or microbiological test on raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.

2.   Conduct daily equipment swabbing in NRTE and RTE areas based on swabbing plan to ensure that all production equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.

3.  Assist in the conduct of audits of key processing stages against established specifications and guidelines.

4.  Assist in the monitoring of key critical control points according to established procedures by observation of monitoring practices, actual measurements and review of records.

5.  Accomplish relevant QA checklists, GMP, Nonconformity Detection Report (NDR), Quality Assurance Rejection Report (QARR), CCP verification forms, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) form, highlights, exception reports, rejection notices, and other performance reports.

6. Responsible for the QARS Inventory and ensure that stocks are well placed

7.  Assist in the preparation of products for the monthly quality sensory evaluation

8. Conduct in-process/packaging line/receiving/dispatch verification.

9. Responsible for products safekeeping such as ON HOLD and for QA STUDY in Alaska, Dispatch Warehouse and Iceland

10.  Conduct random internal quality inspection for GWP/ GMP based on the assigned key area.

11.  Assist in the conduct of orientation to relevant members and truckers regarding Awareness to GMP, GWP, HACCP, product handling, and other food safety and quality related trainings.

12.  Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports are prepared timely and accurately and to ensure that all required information is available for reporting in the weekly and monthly management meetings.

13.  Assist in all regulatory, third party and customer audits and inspections, and corrective action response.

14. Monitor the status and implementation of KPI related to assigned area.

15. Perform other tasks assigned by the QA Supervisor, QA Head and Management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years related working experience.
  • Has sharp attention to details
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees in the organization.
