About the role

Allianz PNB Life, Inc. is seeking a Seasoned Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a Seasoned Financial Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive financial planning services to our valued clients, helping them achieve their long-term financial goals.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct detailed financial assessments to understand clients' unique financial situations and objectives
  2. Develop customised financial plans that address clients' investment, insurance, retirement, and estate planning needs
  3. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on a range of financial products and services
  4. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure clients receive the most comprehensive and compliant advice
  6. Actively participate in business development activities, such as networking and referral generation, to expand the client base

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial advisor or planner in the banking and financial services industry
  2. Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment products, insurance solutions, and wealth management strategies
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor financial advice to clients' needs
  4. Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  5. Commitment to staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
  6. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  7. Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), are highly desirable
