The Opportunity

Allianz PNB Life, Inc. is seeking a SEASONED FINANCIAL ADVISOR to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a seasoned financial advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial planning services to our valued clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial futures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by building strong relationships and providing tailored financial planning advice
2. Conduct in-depth financial assessments to understand clients' unique needs, risk profiles, and investment objectives
3. Recommend and implement customised financial strategies, including investment planning, retirement planning, and risk management
4. Provide ongoing monitoring and review of clients' financial plans, making adjustments as needed
5. Actively participate in the sales and marketing efforts of the company to expand the client base
6. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies to ensure the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a financial advisor in the banking and financial services industry
2. Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and risk management strategies
3. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals
4. Proven track record of achieving sales and client retention targets
5. Relevant certifications, such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Registered Financial Consultant (RFC), are highly preferred
