QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising management/communication/Broadcasting;
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience specializing in Digital Marketing/Business Development or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledgeable or at least have basic experience in content creation for social media.
  • With good oral and written communication skills, able to conceptualize an idea.
  • Target-driven and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for all digital marketing activities/initiatives and involved in devising marketing strategies for the organization/product.

  2. Create, open, and adaptable to implement various innovative ideas/projects for digital marketing, product awareness, and generate leads for sales.

  3. Preparing strategic Marketing Plan for the product; organized, closely monitor the competitor's activities, can quickly adapt to ad hoc tasks, and keen on market research.

  4. Responsible for monitoring and tracking the monthly marketing and digital marketing activities with provided analysis and report from the activities done.

  5. Constantly liaise with the other team members and collaborate with product groups & divisions for projects and campaigns.

  6. Report the status of the given task following laid down rules of the business organization, principal, 3rd party vendors, and resellers.

  7. Takes care of the Digital Marketing strategy, execution and tracking for all WSI products.

  8. Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
