Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Documentation Management

  2. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of customs documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.) before submission to the Bureau of Customs (BOC)

  3. Review and assess documents promptly to identify and address potential issues;

  4. Communicate any document-related challenges with supervisors; Monitor the status of customs entries and follow-up to expedite clearance.

  5. Discuss and resolve shipment issues with customs officers

  6. Manage and minimize costs related to tariffs and problematic entries

  7. Cargo Inspection and Reporting

  8. Inspect cargo for damages, document findings, and report to the office with photographic evidence

  9. Financial and Documentation Compliance

  10. Liquidate cash advances, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate

  11. Attach necessary documents (Official Receipts, processed customs documents, Waybill, Commercial Invoice/Packing List) to billing

  12. Client Delivery and Export Processing

  13. Assist with the delivery of cargo to PEZA clients and handle export transfer and export declaration processing.

  14. Accompany cargo deliveries to clients as needed

  15. Perform appropriate duties to clients as needed

  16. Other tasks as required by the Department Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Customs Administration and other Logistics course
  • Knowledge in Customs and Tariff laws and Goods Declaration
  • Reliability, Integrity and Meticulous, Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • With own motorcycle and valid Driver's license (Non-Professional or Prof License)
  • Willing and able to travel for document runs and client deliveries, especially within PEZA Zones
  • Must have a strong sense of responsibility and integrity in handling sensitive documents and cargo
  • Physically fit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month
