Job Description

As a Data Processor, you'll update and manage patient records in EMR systems while ensuring full compliance with data privacy and healthcare standards. You'll play a key role in tracking appointments, reporting scheduling trends, and maintaining the accuracy that drives effective patient care.

Shift: Night shift (12:00 AM - 9:00 AM), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in scheduling software and EHR systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent (some employers may prefer postsecondary education or experience in healthcare administration)

Your Daily Tasks

• Update information about patients into the EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
• Track appointment metrics and report scheduling trends to management
