About the role

Sundust Bros Corporation is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in our San Jose del Monte City Bulacan office. As a full-time Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and reconcile general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll records
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Maintain and update financial records and bookkeeping systems
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting departments as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude
