Role: Bookkeeper
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 11:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m. Philippine time
Work Setup: WFH

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping for multiple small-business clients 
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks 
  • Categorize transactions accurately according to established chart of accounts
  • Maintain and organize supporting documentation for audit readiness 
  • Prepare month-end financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) 
  • Collaborate with tax preparers and advisory team for year-end close and tax return preparation 
  • Communicate directly with clients to request missing information or clarify discrepancies 
  • Identify and resolve accounting errors proactively

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of bookkeeping experience (public accounting or multi-client environment preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online 
  • Solid understanding of accrual accounting, journal entries, and financial reporting 
  • Strong attention to detail and organization 
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
