Access Healthcare Services Manila Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced BPO Trainer with a strong background in Healthcare BPO preferably in AR Claims to join our dynamic team.

This role is crucial in developing and enhancing the skills of our call center representatives to ensure they deliver exceptional service while effectively handling early payouts and patient collections. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in call center operations, a deep understanding of collections processes, and a passion for training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:


• Follow the training agenda and facilitate training


• Recommend changes to training agenda basis dynamics of the content


• Share training planner for every batch


• Track progress of each trainee


• Raise an early warning on trainees who are slow learners/unable to reach the required

standards


• Deliver batches on time to operations floor


• Deploy assessments as per schedule


• Track results and share with all stake holders


• Share feedback with recruitment and operations team on the quality of resources


• Collect feedback from trainees on completion of course


• Collect feedback from Client specific process trainer on the quality of training


• Maintain Training records for all trainings conducted


• Provide basic content for learners which is complete and up-to-date


• Respond to questions


• Serve as resource to individuals and group


• Create activities that allow for the active participation of everyone in the group


• Seek written feedback from training participants


• Reflect on your experience during the training process


• Debrief with fellow trainers, if training is done by a team


• Modify training approach and then observe the effects of the change

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge in Healthcare BPO preferably in AR Claims processes.
  • Must have Healthcare Account experience in a BPO set-up
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Proficient in using call center software and training tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be amenable to NIGHT SHIFT schedule.
  • Must be amenable to report to Pasay City / McKinley, Taguig
