DUTIES:

  • Create a Building Information Model (BIM).
  • Knowledgeable on how to Revit create custom family with parameters
  • Provide Shop drawings from BIM in accordance with the deliverables list
  • Execute download processes for fabrication purposes
  • Produce bill of materials of projects drawn to be used on site installation
  • Design and layout of HVAC systems, including ductwork and piping for commercial applications
  • Communicate with the foremen, engineers and project managers
  • Adheres to and complies with standard set for execution of implementation of design works.
  • Prepares project drawings with consistency in accuracy, neatness, and presentation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • A thorough understanding of the HVAC System is a MUST.
  • With adequate experience in Autodesk Revit is a MUST.
  • A strong desire to learn, progress and grow within a company
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • knowledgeable in Trimble system (Sysque).
