The Workforce Management Analyst
will be responsible for overseeing the organization, quality, integrity, and governance of critical alternative investment data within our operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee organization of fund documents within operational systems.
  • Enrich unstructured data into existing data infrastructures.
  • Maintain completeness, timeliness and accuracy of relevant investment data through validation and control processes.
  • Follow best practices for managing investor information to maintain consistency and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide insights from alternative investment data across multiple reporting platforms and systems.
  • Continuously look for ways to automate and improve existing processes.
  • Maintain and share standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data management tools, Excel and other software.
  • General understanding of the alternative investment landscpa,e
  • Able to prioritize & execute tasks & meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuously learn new technologies and adapt to new data and systems as industry evolves
  • Able to identify and understand risks associated with data management processes.
  • Able to support the team and build relationships across teams.
