The Role

We are seeking a dynamic
Country General Manager
to provide local leadership, operational direction, and strategic business development for our Philippines operations. This role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring service excellence, and managing stakeholder relationships across a complex, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Growth
    : Drive revenue expansion through new client acquisition and account management in B2B sectors including Technology, BPOs, and Government.
  • Operational Leadership
    : Oversee service delivery for Assistance Centres and client sites, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Financial Management
    : Full P&L accountability, budgeting, cost control, and profitability improvement.
  • People Leadership
    : Build and develop high-performing teams, implement succession planning, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Quality & Safety
    : Ensure robust OH&S standards and clinical governance across all operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience
    :
  • Minimum 5 years in P&L leadership and 10 years in operational management within multinational organizations.
  • Proven success in complex B2B service delivery (IT, BPO, logistics, professional services).

  • Exposure to international markets and multicultural environments.

  • Skills & Competencies
    :

  • Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and navigate crisis situations.
  • Education
    : University degree (MBA preferred).
  • Language
    : Excellent English proficiency.
  • Travel
    : Regular domestic travel and occasional international trips.
