As an
HR Data Intern
under People Systems and Analytics, you'll be part of a well-rounded team that values innovation and change. Experience teamwork and take part in supporting employees' data needs to help achieve business goals

What you will experience:

  • Performs regular data clean-up and validations to help maintain the HR database.
  • Assist in analyzing HR data to help identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Support in building simple predictive models and forecasting for workforce planning.
  • Help design, update, and maintain HR databases, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Assist in automating reports and providing real-time insights.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments in aligning and integrating data sources.
  • Support in preparing reports and presentations for HR stakeholders and leadership.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance in operational tasks and activities of the HR Data team.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Data Science, or any related course.
  • Must be a 3rd year or 4th year student;
  • Open for Voluntary or Required Internship.
