Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing new suppliers and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company procurement policies.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid out-of-stock situations.
  • Track order status, follow up with suppliers on deliveries, and resolve any delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
  • Support the Purchasing Manager with data analysis and procurement reports.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance (price, quality, delivery time).
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing changes, and product availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (experience in eCommerce is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft offices and Google applications.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferably can start ASAP.
