Food Delivery Rider Duties and Responsibilities

Food Delivery Riders are responsible for delivering food orders from a variety of establishments to customers' homes.

Their primary goal is to ensure the safe and timely delivery of meals while providing excellent customer service.

Food Delivery Riders have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Pick up food orders from restaurants or food outlets and deliver them to customers promptly
  • Use navigation apps to determine the best route to the customer's location
  • Ensure food orders are correctly fulfilled before delivery
  • Maintain regular communication with the restaurant or food outlet to update them on delivery status
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints if any
  • Ensure the food is delivered in a manner that upholds the quality standards of the restaurant or food outlet
  • Process cash and card payments when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of delivery equipment and vehicle
  • Follow traffic laws and safety procedures while making deliveries
  • Report any delivery issues or complaints to the appropriate supervisor or manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php695.00 per day
