  • Welcome and greet guests warmly and assists in any questions they may have
  • Ensures that all dinnerware, especially cutleries are polished and ready for service,
  • Follows the health code for food handling
  • Maintains the cleanliness and order in the dining area
  • Runs the food and drinks from the kitchen/ bar into their designated tables if necessary
  • Ensures the waiter's section is always well stocked and tidy
  • Works toward becoming a competent member of the team
  • Makes recommendations based on customer preferences
  • Ensure that the quality of their work is in line with the restaurant goals and is continuously evolving and improving
  • Managing guest reviews in person, providing appropriate and professional responses
  • Being present and understanding daily staff briefings and adheres to what has been discussed
  • Communicating any positives and negatives with the direct supervisor and fellow staff members
  • Works towards improvements discussed during performance reviews
  • Makes sure to upsell menu items and promotions when necessary and available
  • Assists in restocking shelves, putting away deliveries and arranging displays as needed
  • Maintains a clean and organised work environment
  • Helps barista/cashier when necessary

Ensures that the dining area is ready for service at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
