This doesn't happen without our awesome people We are looking for an Specialist, Category & Commercial to join our growing businessWhat's on the menu for you to do?Data Analysis: Use sales data, market trends, and customer insights to assist in category performance analysis. Monitor key metrics such as sales, margin, and inventory turnover.Assortment Planning: Help identify and evaluate potential new products to expand our offerings. Support the Category Manager in managing the product lifecycle, including product discontinuation.Pricing & Promotions: Assist in developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies. Help execute promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.Supplier Relations: Work with suppliers to ensure product availability, negotiate terms, and manage promotional calendars.Inventory Management: Collaborate with the operations team to forecast demand and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock.Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.QualificationsWhat do you bring to the table?
