Business Development Manager – Cradlepoint Solutions

Position Description
  • Achieve the target sales revenue and gross profit of the Business Unit.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with relevant vendors' staff and senior management teams.
  • Conduct joint sales visits with partner sales representatives to present and sell solutions to end-users.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve market share and market coverage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Manage and oversee partner incentive programs.
  • Evaluate and review sales forecasts and business activities on a regular basis.

  • Prepare and distribute timely reports to management and stakeholders.

  • Measure and monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of each team member to ensure targets are met.

  • Track and observe business growth in terms of sales revenue, gross profit, and pipeline development.
  • Perform any other projects or duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the networking, security, or unified communication solutions industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Business Manager or Business Development Manager, preferably within the IT Distribution industry.
  • Experience handling Cradlepoint solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of staff.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and strong in follow-up.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • A go-getter mindset, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
