Job Description

The primary function of this role is to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

A typical day for a Business Analyst and Solutions Developer includes:

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements from product managers.
  • Crafting design and test plans based on business requirements.
  • Ensuring that developed solutions meet the needs defined in business requirements.
  • Participating in product maintenance and support activities.
  • Presenting requirements to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or Information Technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Research, analysis, and technical documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with functional testing.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
  • Technical knowledge of APIs and integration.
  • Experience with tooling such as Flowcharts, Diagrams, and JIRA.
  • Experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Collaborative team player.
