Qualifications:

● Education

○ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

○ A master's degree in business administration (MBA) is an advantage.

● Work Experience

○ Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least

3–5 years in a managerial role.

○ Strong background in coatings, inks, chemicals, manufacturing, trading, or related

industries preferred.

○ Proven track record in strategic planning, market development, and key account

management.

● Technical & Functional Skills

○ Excellent knowledge of sales forecasting, budgeting, and business development

strategies.

○ Strong understanding of market research, branding, and digital marketing trends.

○ Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.

● Leadership & Interpersonal Skills

○ Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

○ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance toward set targets.

○ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

● Other Requirements

○ Results-driven, highly motivated, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.

○ Willing to travel locally and internationally, as business requires.

○ High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to company values.

○ Must be able to drive both manual and automatic 4-wheel vehicles with a valid driver's

license.
