About the Role

We're opening the door for a high-impact Sales & Marketing Manager who can champion growth initiatives, nurture key accounts, and drive market expansion within the industrial coatings and allied sectors. This role calls for a visionary leader who can blend traditional relationship-building with modern marketing strategies—someone who can turn opportunities into revenue with finesse and laser-focused execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and maximize profitability
  • Strengthen existing client relationships while identifying and onboarding new business partners
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend forecasting to support strategic decision-making
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, campaigns, and brand positioning efforts aligned with corporate objectives
  • Lead sales presentations, technical product discussions, and solution-based consultations with clients
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and service excellence
  • Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and sales analytics for executive review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within coatings, chemicals, construction materials, manufacturing, or similar technical industries
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial coating systems, application processes, or comparable products
  • Proven track record in key account management, B2B sales, and territory development
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Leadership experience is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php100,000.00 per month
