About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Level Application Support Specialist to add to our application support team. If you're experienced, flexible, are looking for a new challenge, and want to join a passionate team of application support team, this position is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customers inquires using phone and email concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Act as a First Source of Contact for any Application Related Concerns
• Work Closely with level 2 and BAs to Track Problems and Resolve incidents
• Analyze and identify application related bugs and report to 2nd level
• Track application related bugs and apply Work Around
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of applications and support processes.
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses to ensure the L1 Team possesses the necessary skills, knowledge and Competencies.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for application functionality and provide ongoing support and guidance to the L1 Support Team.
• Work with the team lead to Identify training needs and gaps within the Application support Team.
• Deliver comprehensive training programs for the Level 1 Application Support team on new and existing applications, features, procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials, including user guides, FAQs, video tutorials, and knowledge base articles.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelors degree in I.T or Computer Science
• Experience working as a Customer Service Representative or IT Helpdesk
• Basic Knowledge with front-end application languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic knowledge with Programming Languages like VB.Net, ASP. Net, C++
• Troubleshooting Experience with Mobile Applications
• Experience with Property Management Accounting Based Software
• Familiar with Database technology like MySQL and Oracle
• Can work with Minimal supervision
• Great organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
