Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Staff / Kitchen Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment while supporting food preparation and operational efficiency. This role is essential to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation tasks as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas.
  • Dispose of waste and manage kitchen supplies efficiently.
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations.
  • Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
  • Support inventory control by reporting low stock items or damaged equipment.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
