Recruitment & Selection
Conducts initial and in-depth screening of applicants through interviews.
Administer the exam to the applicants. Check the completed exams, and ensure that all necessary documents are prepared before they are forwarded to the next interviewers.
Sending the job offer to qualified applicants.
Participate in job fairs.
Creating applicants database.
Contact person for newly hired employees who are processing employment requirements.
Conduct employment verification for employees.
Conduct background investigation.
Conduct orientation and induction for newly hired employees.
Prepares weekly status report of applicants.
Ensures complete documentation (e.g, contracts, requirements, etc.).
Benefits Administration
Assist HR Compensation & Benefits in administering the employee benefits by collecting data for enrolment to payroll system.
Process the application of payroll bank accounts of new hired employees.
Assists in administering the cash advance and savings withdrawal of employees.
Employee Relations
Assists HR Generalist in handling disciplinary actions by providing the correct data needed to complete the sanction
Provides assistance to HR activities and companywide events.
Responsible in making and replacing lost identification cards of the old and new employees
In-charge in the preparation and distribution of training agreement, training effectiveness evaluation, test papers after the training. Checking and summation of test.
Assist with the training registration for employees.
Perform exit interview for outgoing employees.
Employee Records
Proper maintenance of Employee Records/201 files both physical and soft copies.
Maintain and update employee data in HRIS
Prepares exit documents of resigning employees (Certificate of Employment)
Attends to employment verification for employees
Sorting and filing of all HR forms.
Administrative
Official secretary of the company Chairman.
Perform the duties of executive secretaries in their absence.
Represent HR department in Food Safety meetings.
Participate in food safety training, HR trainings, and others.
Assist HR Generalist in revision and creation of HR procedures and policies.
Assist HR Generalist in revision and creation of quality documents.
Others
- Perform other duties as necessary in meeting the objectives/ mission of the department and/or as assigned by immediate head.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related 4-year course.
At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources and Office Management.
Proven background in all core HR functions, including:
* Recruitment and Selection

* Training and Development
* Compensation and Benefits
* HR Strategy & Planning
* Compliance and Legal
* Records Management and Documentation
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
People-oriented with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
A dependable team player who works well in collaborative environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year-course in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related course
Over 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions, Office Management
Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development
Proficient in MS Office
