SUMMARY: Provides support in day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes, maintains accurate employee records, coordinates administrative activities, and assists in implementing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or related roles (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
