
HR & Admin Assistant

SUMMARY: Provides support in day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes, maintains accurate employee records, coordinates administrative activities, and assists in implementing company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or related roles (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Work Location: Bagbaguin, Caloocan
