Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations strategies to promote a positive and fair workplace culture.
- Support managers and employees with workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while assisting in handling employee concerns.
- Help conduct investigations into employee complaints, policy violations, or workplace disputes, and prepare documentation for resolutions.
- Assist with HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee relations and performance management activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and data management tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,127.00 per month
