What You'll Do

Recruitment & Selection

  • Post job openings, source, screen, and evaluate candidates
  • Coordinate interviews, assist in onboarding, and manage recruitment records
  • Organize job fairs and employer branding initiatives

Labor and Employee Relations

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns
  • Conduct investigations, mediate conflicts, and support policy development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain 201 files

Compensation and Benefits

  • Process payroll-related transactions and manage government-mandated contributions
  • Administer HMO, insurance, and employee perks
  • Support audits, reporting, and compliance activities

Training and Development

  • Assess training needs and implement learning programs
  • Organize orientations and onboarding
  • Develop materials and evaluate training effectiveness

Key Qualifications (for all roles)

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years relevant experience (strong internship/OJT may be considered)
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, labor laws, and HR systems
  • Proficient in MS Office; tech-savvy with HR tools
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ethical, adaptable, and a team player

  • Labor & Employee Relations:Conflict resolution, labor law knowledge, negotiation, discretion
  • Compensation & Benefits: Payroll processing, compliance, numerical accuracy, data management
