Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving concerns efficiently. This role ensures a positive shopping experience while supporting store operations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases
  • Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and store policies
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and service areas
  • Assist in inventory handling, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
  • Support store sales targets and promotional activities

Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • With or without prior retail/customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
