QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Conduct distributor investigations in line with Client's Compliance and Ethics framework; prepare reports, recommend appropriate actions, and provide updates to the DCO and relevant Committees.
  • Maintain accurate registries and documentation related to distribution compliance for proper governance and audit readiness.
  • Assist the Distribution Compliance Manager in preparing monthly/quarterly reports for submission to the Head of Compliance, Group Office, and relevant Committees/Boards (e.g., Compliance & Ethics, Operational Risk, Executive, and Board Committees).
  • Participate in DCO system enhancements and provide compliance advisories on distribution-related matters to ensure alignment with both regulatory standards and client's business practices.
  • Support broader compliance initiatives as assigned by the Head of Compliance and/or Chief Compliance Officer, fostering Client's culture of doing the right thing and upholding trust with customers, distributors, and regulators.
  • Exposure in Investigation for the Insurance.
  • Can start ASAP / Immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
