Role: Human Resource Assistant
Location: BGC, Taguig
Set Up: Full On-Site
The HR Assistant supports day-to-day HR operations for a managed service company. This role handles employee administration, documentation, and client coordination to ensure consistent HR processes, compliance, and smooth employee support across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in employee documentation, contracts, endorsements, and client-specific HR requirements.
* Coordinate with clients regarding deployed employees, HR documentation, and compliance needs.
* Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, records, and employment requirements.
* Assist in HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
* Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinate employee movements, assignments, and status updates with internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
* Experience in an HR assistant or HR administrative role, preferably in a managed service or outsourcing environment.
* Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR documentation processes.
* Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client requirements.
* Proficient in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
