Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that effectively promote our products, enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive customer interest across all digital platforms.

Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and brand goals

Create, curate, and publish high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics, etc.) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, messages, and tags in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with the sales, inquiry, procurement and creative team to highlight featured products, promotions, and new arrivals

Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns, and prepare monthly reports

Research trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm updates to optimize reach and engagement

Plan and implement paid social media ad campaigns, including audience targeting and budget management

Stay updated with competitors' strategies and industry developments

Maintain the brand's voice and visual identity across all platforms

Support in other digital marketing efforts such as email campaigns, website updates, and influencer collaborations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24, Php28,000.00 per month
