Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Content Creation:Plan, create, and publish diverse content, including text, images, videos, and reels, for various social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Community Management:Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a strong and interactive online community.
  • Performance Analysis:Monitor, track, and analyze social media metrics and campaigns to understand performance, refine strategies, and report on results.
  • Trend Monitoring:Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand's content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Brand Voice & Reputation:Maintain and manage the brand's image online, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand message across all platforms.

Required Skills

  • Content Creation:The ability to create compelling and engaging content, including writing copy and producing visual assets.
  • Social Media Expertise:Deep knowledge of different social media platforms, their features, and audience demographics.
  • Analytics & Metrics:Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign success and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communication:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with followers and collaborate with the marketing team.
  • Creativity:A creative mindset to develop innovative campaigns and engaging content.
  • Marketing Acumen:An understanding of marketing principles and how social media contributes to overall business goals.
