Marketing Operations Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–5 years relevant experience or education in Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and client liaison.
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, or Martech tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, Wordpress, Outreach) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and deadline-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Keen interest in digital marketing, data analytics, and new technologies.
  • Proficient in Windows, MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig City twice a week, night shift (8 PM–5 AM PST).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage email campaign calendars, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Plan and run A/B tests, track results, and recommend improvements.
  • Build and launch segmented email campaigns (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture).
  • Design automated email workflows using Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Execute marketing tasks: website updates, customer database maintenance, content management.
  • Operate across CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and workflows.
  • Handle daily ad hoc operational requests and data-related tasks.

Hybrid Setup (2x onsite and 3x wfh)

Night Shift (8:00PM - 5:00AM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
