We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Associate Logistics to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industries.

What you'll be doing

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinating with internal teams, such as operations and logistics, to ensure the smooth delivery of goods and services
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and transactions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to management to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  • HS/SHS Grad + Adapter/6 months to 11 months Int'l BPO experience OR

    Finished 1st semester in College + Adapter/1-5 mos. BPO international / any tenure in local BPO
