We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team as a Data Quality Specialist. You will be the crucial link in training our machine learning models, ensuring the data we use is pristine, accurate, and ready for deployment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Precise Labeling: Accurately label and annotate diverse datasets, strictly following project specifications and rules.

  • Quality Control: Verify the completeness and accuracy of annotated data, performing necessary corrections, adjustments, and appeals.

  • Effective Collaboration: Work closely with support and clients to ensure high-quality data output that meets strategic goals.

  • Skill Development: Continuously learn and apply new annotation techniques and tools to improve personal efficiency and accuracy.

  • Timely Reporting: Professionally communicate any issues or challenges with data annotation to project leads in a timely manner.

  • Performance Delivery: Adhere to project KPIs and deliver high-quality annotated data within predetermined timelines.

  • At least six (6) months of background in Data Annotation or Labelling.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Superb computer skills and comfort with new software.

  • Willingness to work a shifting schedule.
