We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned leader to join our team in Deputy General Manager/General Manager, based in Cebu. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional from the US Healthcare/Insurance domain, with a strong background in Post-Care Management with functions like Scheduling and Patient Care in Diagnostics and Durable Medical Equipment. The role demands complete ownership and accountability for Delivery, Transformation, Client Management and Business Growth

  • End-to-End Business Ownership: Lead and manage all aspects of the Cebu-based business unit including operations and client success.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships with US-based stakeholders; ensure seamless communication and proactive engagement.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive performance against defined SLA/KPIs, ensure continuous process improvement, and maintain quality benchmark.
  • People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams; ensure a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
  • Business Transformation: Champion transformation initiatives and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and innovation.
  • Thought Leadership: Bring strategic thinking and industry expertise to drive business growth and add value to client offering.
  • Conflict Management: Manage and resolve internal and external conflicts efficiently and professionally.
  • Growth & Expansion: Identify and execute growth opportunities in alignment with company goals and client expectation

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role (DGM level).
  • Domain Expertise: Strong experience in healthcare/insurance, with a particular focus on post-care management and scheduling.
  • Global Exposure: Demonstrated experience working with US-based clients and operations is a must.
  • Leadership Style: Independent, accountable, proactive, and transformation-focused.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Location Flexibility: While the role is based in Cebu, we are open to candidates from other regions who are willing to relocate to Cebu. This role is 100% Work From Office in Cebu' Business IT Park.
