We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive System and Network Administrator to join our IT team. The role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving our IT infrastructure to ensure reliable system and network operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related hardware/software
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system security
  • Manage firewalls, VPNs, and data backup/recovery processes
  • Provide IT support for users and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Implement system upgrades and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience as a System and Network Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking protocols, and cloud systems
  • Familiarity with firewalls, routers, switches, and cybersecurity principles
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSA) are a plus
