Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and establishing the client'sTraining Team under the Marketing Department.
  • Organizing and conducting training courses for internal divisions: field forces, service centers, etc. this includes localization of product trainings for better understanding.
  • Certification of newly hired promoters.
  • Supporting Product & Sales teams with all necessary product information training
  • Conduct research and analysis on competing products and brands to be used for enhancing product training modules as well as to improve Field Force's selling capabilities.
  • Facilitate the sales training of key products by overseeing and executing projects and specialized training initiatives, including the identification and documentation of exemplary cases, innovative ideas, and hands-on training sessions with our products as well as those of competitors. Ensure timely completion and submission of all related tasks.
  • Evaluating Field Force – this includes results from sellout performance (Promoters/Merchandizers) performance to gauging where skills are lacking
  • Preparing presentations, handouts, and learning materials
  • Preparing and monitoring all training reports.
  • Willing to go to nearby stores within the area for one-on-one training if necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be fluent in both English and Filipino Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience in Product Training
  • Experience in Home Appliance / competitor brands is a requirement
  • Advanced communication & organizational skills
  • High adaptability and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel

TRANSPORTATION: PHP 3,000.00
