Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in choosing appropriate lighting products based on their needs and preferences.
  • Provide product information, features, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Ensure merchandise is well-displayed, properly labeled, and adequately stocked.
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash handling and issuing receipts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment, ordering, and receiving of goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store and display areas.
  • Coordinate with the sales and warehouse team for product availability and deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Stay knowledgeable about lighting trends, new products, and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate or College Level.
  • With experience in retail or sales, preferably in lighting, hardware, or home improvement industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of lighting products and electrical components is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned to Ortigas.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
