Sales Admin Assistant

Lead Generation
Identify and research potential clients in manufacturing and fabrication industry.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
Outbound calls
Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce our MFG solutions.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
Appointment Setting
Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team with decision-makers (e.g., plant managers, operations directors, or business owners)
CRM Management
Accurately log all call activities, lead details and appointment information in the CRM system
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and confirm appointments.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the sales team to align on target accounts and messaging.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections confidently.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Vtiger is preferred)
Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently.
College Graduate
Can Start Immediately
