Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Trade Marketing Strategy

  • Assist in developing trade marketing plans aligned with overall marketing strategy.
  • Identify key retail and distributor opportunities to drive sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to optimize trade initiatives.

2. Retail & Distributor Engagement

  • Coordinate in-store promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams and retail staff on product knowledge and promotions.

3. Campaign Execution

  • Implement promotional campaigns, point-of-sale displays, and in-store activations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and merchandising assets.
  • Monitor and report campaign effectiveness and ROI.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track sales and promotion performance against targets.
  • Prepare reports on trade marketing KPIs, in-store execution, and market feedback.
  • Recommend improvements for future campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG.

  • Skills:

  • Knowledge of FMCG trade channels, merchandising, and retail execution.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
