This role is dynamic and evolving, so while the responsibilities listed below provide a basic idea of what you'll be doing, additional tasks may be added as we grow together.

As a Social Media Operations Specialist, Your Responsibilities Will Include (But Are Not Limited To):
- Managing social media accounts (posting, scheduling, and engaging with followers).
- Assisting with administrative tasks and day-to-day business operations.
- Learning and implementing strategies to grow the business (training will be provided—no prior experience required).
- Making sales calls to potential clients to introduce our services, build relationships, and secure new business for the agency.

Experience in sales or client outreach is a plus, but not required, as training will be provided. However, you **must have excellent communication skills** and the ability to speak clearly and confidently so that the people you're calling can easily understand you.
