Job Description
We are a growing startup agency seeking a reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic Social Media Business Manager to help manage and grow our business. This role includes, but is not limited to:
- Managing social media accounts, including posting, engagement, and scheduling.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks and business operations.
- Learning and implementing strategies to grow the business (comprehensive training will be provided—no prior experience required).
- Customer service and call center tasks, including making calls to clients or leads as part of our business operations.

While experience with social media marketing, customer service, or familiarity with platforms like Go High Level is a plus, it is not required.

Requirements
- No prior experience is required, but you must be a fast learner who is open to growth opportunities
- Excellent English communication skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly (we will provide all the training needed to help you succeed, even if you don't have certain skills).

- A stable internet connection and a computer.
- A passion for social media and a desire to grow in this field.

- Basic knowledge of customer service or call center operations (preferred but not required).
